Heavy-duty Pedestal Mount Lab Disperser

The Onslow laboratory disperser, with a 1.5 kW or 2 kW motor, is designed to disperse pigments in liquids in the laboratory, providing an accurate scale-up facility. It can also be used for general-purpose mixing. Its robust design and versatility ensure that no matter what your dispersion application, the Onslow laboratory disperser is the machine of choice for you. The Onslow laboratory disperser is available with either a Variable Frequency Drive or a Mechanical Variable Speed Drive for both Class 1 Zone 1 and non-hazardous environments.

Standard Equipment Features:

  • Heavy-duty construction
  • Stainless steel ‘turbulent propulsion’ style rotor assembly (usually 50mm, 75mm, or 100mm, depending on batch size)
  • Stainless steel disperser shaft will not corrode, ensuring maximum service life
  • Drive mounted on bridge piece attached to the machine column and base assembly
  • Head or base elevation by easily operated hand wheel
  • Quality polyurethane paint finish to suit the most aggressive environments
  • Central column and disperser shaft of sufficient length to accommodate 1 litre to 20 litre containers

The laboratory disperser is fitted with a 1430 RPM motor and variable pulley belt drive. The disperser shaft speed is infinitely variable between approximately 830 and 8320 RPM. Drive from the variable speed drive to the disperser shaft is by Vee belts. The disperser head assembly height is fixed. The tub support table is elevated manually by a crank handle. The total stroke of the tub support table is 395mm, giving a clearance under the rotor shaft of 20mm minimum when lowered and 415mm when elevated. The motor requires a 415 volt, 3 phase, 50 cycle AC electricity supply. The unit has an epoxy paint finish.

Tabletop Lab Disperser with DC Motor to operate from 0-6000 RPM:

The laboratory disperser is fitted with a 6000 RPM motor directly coupled to the disperser shaft. The motor is electrically controlled by a frequency inverter, giving a shaft speed infinitely variable between 800 and 6000 RPM. The dispersion head with shaft is elevated manually by a crank handle. The total stroke of the support table is 420mm, giving a clearance under the rotor shaft of 45mm minimum when lowered and 450mm when elevated. This lab mixer is suitable to accommodate 1 litre to 10 litre containers. The unit is finished with an epoxy paint finish.

Tabletop Multifunction High-Speed Dispersing Machine

This compact, multifunction tabletop lab disperser is developed to be more scientific, efficient, and easy to operate. This lab mixer is suitable to accommodate 500mL to 10L containers.

Main Features:

  • New brushless DC motor: Has a wider adjustable working speed, ultra-low noise when working (avoids electromagnetic noise from traditional AC motors). Moreover, the DC motor has a feedback system for working speed and can monitor speed more precisely.
  • Touch screen design: Setting working parameters becomes simpler and easier. All state parameters are shown directly and clearly, making it easy to operate.
  • Shows directly the linear velocity of the current dispersing blade, saving time for the operator to calculate linear velocity by dispersing blade size and working speed.
  • New auto-location clamping device for the container: Rotate the locking handle to fasten the container at the central position automatically, making it safe, simple, and convenient.
  • High-quality one-body mixer shaft: Made of high-quality 304SS, anti-corrosion, and easy to clean.
  • Monitor sample temperature: With an infrared temperature probe, it can monitor the dispersed sample in real-time without touching the sample. The operator can also set a certain temperature via the touch screen to prevent sample changes due to overheating from milling.
  • Timing device for dispersing: The operator can set the dispersing time, and the machine will stop automatically when the time is reached.
  • Can choose an arc bottom container with a double-layer/jacketed pot for different applications.

Pneumatic Mixer

These pneumatic mixers are designed for use in explosion-proof environments, such as oil/solvent-based paint applications. They use compressed air (5 kg/cm² / 70 psi) as power and can be moved anywhere to complete mixing.

Main Features:

  • Explosion-proof (no electric and spark)
  • Motor will not overheat during operation
  • Motor can rotate clockwise or counter-clockwise

Standard accessories available for Lab Mixer:-

    • Mixing blade
    • Stainless Steel Mixing Pots
    • Stainless Steel jacketed Mixing Pots
    • Stainless steel lid
