In recent months, Onslow Engineering has undertaken several prestigious and unique projects. Among these is the manufacturing of a 12,000 L Let Down Tank equipped with a weighing system and a CIP System featuring a jacketed tank with insulation, crucial for our client’s production process. Another standout project is the development of a Hazardous Class 1, Zone 1, Tri-Shatt Vacuum Mixer. This mixer, designed to handle extremely high-viscous materials of about 5 million CPS, includes complete Intrinsi-cally Safe (IS) electrical control panels. Successfully installed, this key production machine now operates smoothly for approximately 16 hours daily at the client’s site. Additionally, Onslow Engineering recently refurbished two 35-year-old Tri-Shaft Mixers from a client’s old factory. These mixers, with a working capacity of 5,500 L, were meticulously stripped down, sandblast cleaned, reassembled, and modified with load cell attachments and a new loading chute for the bag handling system.
