Horizontal Bead Mill

The range of horizontal, micro-media mills is designed for continuous dispersion and milling. It features a closed process (under pressure) with feeding pumps that vary depending on the product to be processed and the installation configuration.

The shell volumes range from 0.5 liters to 170 liters. These mills are capable of achieving fineness below 5 microns.

The process can be either “one-pass” or “multi-pass.” The agitation discs are made of special steel or technical plastic material.

These units operate with zirconium, glass, or steel micro zibeads.
